I need a little help
It's only been three weeks since my surgery, I of last week I have lost 22 pounds which is great. But today when I went to weigh in I didn't lost anything. Not one ounce, the reason I don't understand this is I started walking at least four days last week and I went swimming one day. Beside all the other house work i did. I am following the diet and I know probably not eating enough because I always feel little headed and tired.

I had the lap band and stalled about then....Have you had the first fill yet? I stalled at 3 weeks and when I had the fill at 5, it started going again. And you went from little to no exercise to gun ho. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. Just make sure you get your 65 + grams of protein in. That will take care of the light headed and also get you the few extra calories you need. Remember to be around 600 calories a day. I have stalled again. I know it is because of what I am not eating and need to start getting religious again about the protein and less carbs (I love homemade soups, which is great, but I eat the saltines to go with, which is a no no).
