I too, am almost 5 yrs post-op, and have gained back a little weight from my low.  Fortunately, my doctor monitors his patients closely and explained that I was too low to begin with. At my low I was 160 (I'm also 6'2" tall).  I gained some weight back and now am very comfortable around 180-185.  I was up to 190 late last year, but attributed it to not running because of the weather. Turns out, I also neglected to keep up my protein intake. Once I increased my protein, stopped the between meal mindless snacking, and switched up my exercise routine to push a little harder, the weight started coming off again. Maybe you're in an exercise rut and need something different. Are you keeping track of calories and protein? I would start there and keep accurate and honest record of that and see what it brings. Good luck!

Hi Miss M... How are you doing? Did you see your doctor yet? Do you belong to a workout club? I live about 20 mins. from you and work out at Bally's by the airport if you ever want to join me.
Exercise will get you back on track and boost your metabolism and of course make you feel great! Let me know and I hope you are feeling better.
