In what order does the news get communicated?

Hey there experienced WLS people! What happens first at the Bariatric Center in Neenah? Is it that   the center just sends it in to the insurance company and doesn't tell me  exactly what day they do that, then they  only call me when there is a response from the insurance or is there another order of events? I hate to call there and make a bother of myself. Thanks for any insight you may have.

No question is a dumb question. Ask the center you are working with. That's why they're there and that's why they get paid well : )  Wish I had some answers for you but had my surgery in Milwaukee. Good luck. Keep us posted.
