Before and after pics

Does anybody know how to post our before and after pictures on this site? I'm talking about the one's that are on the main screen when you first sign on not on my personal Blog. If anyone knows how to do this please guide me. I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

  Thank You. I'll do that. I'm doing well,  thank you for asking. Hope you are too. Last week at Dr. Chua's support group meeting your name was brought up. One of the girls was from Sheboygan and mentioned how inspired she was when she saw you at the imformation session.  Don't you feel just great !!!   P.S This running business is addictive : )

I'm anxious to get back into it! After fracturing my leg (while running) about 8 weeks ago, and now struggling with a crud buildup in my head and chest, I just hope I will be able to finish out race season with one in October and one in November. Who'd a thunk we could do this stuff?!

I am tired after all of YOUR RUNNING!!  hehehe
Maybe next year I won't feel so exhausted and run with you!

If you won't run along side, will you bike and carry the water and sing to me? I like good company!
