stalled
Hi..
I'm almost 11 months post op and really stalled with weight loss. I'm 5 ft 4 and now weigh 130 lbs. I excercise regularily and lift weights. My appetite has really increased I think due to the amount of calories I burn with excercise.
Any good tips for jump starting the weight loss again? I actually could stand to lose another 10-15 lbs and still be at a good weight/ BMI.
I've have tried this week to increase my protein and I'll see how that goes. Open to any suggestions.
Thanks,

Hey Shari, maybe you could come up to Sheboygan and kick my butt around a little! That would help both of us out! I, too, want to drop about 10. I've gained about 3 lbs in the past 6 weeks while I couldn't run (fractured my fibula - RUNNING!) so I was eating out of pity, not to mention some of the snacks friends brought. It's time to get back on track! I'm starting to run again, but I'm going back on Thedailyplate.com and keeping track of food. I also am increasing my protein to see if that helps. Try thedailyplate if you need something to keep a journal of everything. I enter stuff twice a day, that way I have that little check up mid day when the Cheetoes may be knocking! Good luck and keep me informed!
