Hello, I had my Lap Band on 5/21 and I think I am doing very well.  I have lost about 37lbs and I feel great. I could probably use a bit more exercise but my job is so physically demanding i am sore before i even get home. I have 46 more lbs to go for my first goal. Congrats to you Melissa on your weight loss, that is absolutle wonderful, you are losing and feeling great that is how it should be. I haven't had mine yet but I'm afraid the excercise will be the most difficult for me as well. Just take it a day at a time and do the best you can with the excercise cuz it is important to our success. Keep up the great job and have a wonderful day. Donna

I feel really good. I still have some soreness around my port area when i do heavy lifting or am very active. I am sure that will ease eventually. I have had a few snags this last week but i hope to over come them. things like water weight that im not sure where its comig from i now i didn't gain the weight but the scale has always been my enemy.

Congrats on the weight loss. Make sure to take the time fo exercise. It's one area that can't be neglected. 30 mins. a day min. is not alot to ask. It helps with loose skin, weight loss, mind balance.

Keep up the good work. Hang in there and get moving.
