Finding Dr. Armstrong

Dr. Nicholas Armstrong did my surgery 6 years ago in Milwaukee WI.  Does any one know how to contact him?  His office told me he was gone but would not give me contact information.

I had the same problem. I went to make my appointment back in 2007 and they said he was no longer there and would not say why.  My wife talked to somebody in that office and they said at that time that he was out for personnel reasons. Then called a couple months later and thats when they said he was no longer there.  If you find out how to reach him let me know.
