Insurance Coverage

Hi Has anyone been approved through United Health Care's Choice Plan?  With my plan-WLS is not even covered.  I am starting to feel disappointed and I need a little encouragement!  If there is anyone out there who has been approved, how many appeal letters did you have to send? Thanks for listening!
