Dr. Chris Hower in Eau Claire, WI?

Does anyone know anything about this new doctor, Dr. Chris Hower in Eau Claire, WI? I had my open RNY a year ago, but dumped my surgeon right after that because...well....let's just say I made a mistake in choosing surgeons. This Dr. is much closer to me, and I have had so many problems, I definitely need a Bariatric surgeon in my medical life.... Thanx In Advance.......

I didn't know there was a new doctor down there.  Hmmm....I wonder who exactly will be doing my surgery now. I have heard plenty of wonderful things about Dr. Pitchford, though.

There was a lady on here last year that was to be his first gastric bypass patient. Her surgery was cancelled like 3-4 times and then she was never on here anymore. I don't know if Luther Midelfort ever got his program started or not. I personally would recommend Dr. Pitchford. He did mine and I have had not 1 thing bother me.  Thats not to say things always go that way but I would hope so! He is with Marshfield Clinic in Eau Claire. Give him a call.
