Madison Area Workouts?

Hey fellow Wisconsinites! Can anybody recommend a personal trainer that they've worked with post-surgery that lives in the Madison area? I'd like to set up a program since I'm new to this 'formal" exercise process. Also, does anyone know of a Madison area place that offers affordable and frequen****er aerobic classes? Thanks!

Somewhere in the back of the notebook you got from UW there is info about a gym in madison where you get a free assessment from a trainer. I haven't done it yet, but I plan to. Some one on the Meriter board offers water aerobics. Look back a few pages.
