Anyone out there know of any good WLS Cookbooks. I really like cooking but I want to make food that I can actually eat.

You might try some of the other forums they all have recipes on them.

Hi there! I love to cook and try new recipes, so here is a suggestion. Go to Amazon.com and type in WLS cookbooks. It will bring up several. I have purchased Recipes For Life After Weight-loss Surgery from Barnes & Noble. It's a great cookbook-240 pages and written by a Margaret M. Furtado, a registered Dietition and Nutritionist. I plan to go to Amazon soon and buy the second of the series very soon. Also, try some dibetic cookbooks. They seem very close to the way we eat too. Hope this helps. Bon Apetit!
