Hello all!!

New member. In the process of being approved for surgery.   Have completed all the steps and spoke with Dr. Wasco who said they could help me.   Waiting for insurance approval ~~ I have medicare so should go easily. Not sure if it will be laporscoptically or not and not sure if it will  be Rny.  I had a stomach stapling that did not work 30 years ago.  Dr can't tell exactly what is going on til he gets in there.

Thanks,  I still feel a little lost.  Both times I met with the doctor he was running more than an hour behind so he did not spend much time with me.  Every one here seems to be pretty informed on what steps need to be taken ~~ I have no clue.  Only one thing I do know for sure ~~ failure is not an option.  The first surgery I had was a failure.  What can I do to make sure this time is not?
