NEARLY THERE

yesterday I went for my teaching portion of the preop program. got a nice goody bag with samples of suppliments, protien powder & vitamins etc..... now, just the internal med dr and surgeon appts and labs on the 24th.. and then.......... SURGERY DAY OCTOBER 30TH

the dancing people are right there withy our smileys. when you are replying toa post look at the right side of the top of the reply box and click on the smiley face, you have choices of severl. just click the ones you want and they will be inserted into your post.

Also, I wish I sounded as happy about it as you do. My surgery is Monday and I'm sitting here crying as I type. Scared out of my mind.

 you'll be just fine. I can tell you just from the past experience of already having had the lap band, you WILL have doubts after and before.... but they will fade when you see that scale move and see yourself looking and feeling SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better.
