Paperwork submitted

I am sooo stoked!!! I finished my MD supervised diet and went to drop all my paperwork off at my surgeons office and the bariatric nurse met with me right then and went through everything and got my insurance on the phone.  They said they'd have a response to us in 24-48 hours!!!!!  And my nurse said that from the looks and sounds of things she doesn't think we'll have any trouble with an apporval!! I have my upper GI and abdominal ultrasound next Thursday and then I'll meet with my surgeon and schedule surgery.  I can't believe how fast it's moving now!  They said we'd be looking at the end of October

 I'm so jealous. Didn't hear anything yet. from my insurance : (    It's only been two days, not even. I'm just very impatient. I'm leaving for Vegas tomorrow and will try not to think about it.  What Hosp. does your surgeon work out of? Good Luck hope all goes well and I hope to hear something next week. He's out of United Hospitals in kenosha.  I'm pretty sure he usually operates downtown. Don't be jealous...I don't have my approval yet.  What they say and what they do will proabably be two very different things.  But my nurse told them we were planning on October 24th for surgery so maybe that will move them along.  Although I've heard good things about quick approvals through them. Have a great time in Vegas!  I'm heading there next year for a wedding...it'll be my first time! Crossing my fingers for your fast approval!!
