I don't know about that particular brand but everyone on the RNY board raves about Davinci sugar free syrups. I'm sure they have coconut. You can order them from Bariatriceating.com

Hi, pldavis. I'm having wls hopefully next month if my insurance covers. I live in Kenosha, too; but I'm having my surgery in Milwaukee. Are there many people in Kenosha that you know of? Thanks.
