Wanting to put together a family friedly cookbook for WLS

Hey everyone, I have a 10, 7 and 1 year old.  My biggest problem has been finding family friendly recipes and snack ideas.  I am in the process of putting together a cookbook for other WLS patients and was looking for some new ideas.  Let me know if you have a recipe or snack idea.  Thanks!!!!  Monica   [email protected]

 

Hi, I'm in my early stage pre-op but I am experimenting with different foods and drinks to prepare myself and stock up before my surgery. The recipe book idea is great. I'd love to contribute and will when I'm further into this process. I am so new that I don't know what to expect and am so hungry for any info I can find on this board.
