Any luck with these insurance companies?

Hello again, Well now I am onto the insurance question.  We have Unity. They have a strict exlusion for WLS.  We are allowed to change plans in October.  Have any of you had luck with Physicians Plus or Dean Care? Thanks a bunch!!

United Healthcare covers surgery. Sorry don't know about the others. Shari
