My Quit
It's realllly hard this time for some reason. I quit when I turned 30 and was fine for a few weeks. But this time I just want to crawl out of my own skin and BEAT someone!!! LOL. But...right now...and I hope I can get myself over this thought...I'm telling myself I can smoke AFTER surgery. But I'm truly hoping that by then....(october at the earliest) I will hate it and never want to go back.
So it sucks...but I'm doing it...
Thanks for asking!

I smoked from age 13 to age 40 (I'm 66 now) What finally made me quit was the realization thatsmoking controlled every aspect of my life. I'm kind of a control freak myself and I surely wouldn't let a person tell me where I could work, who I could visit, who I could ride with, what I would smell like, where I could vacation and on and on. I can't tell you what a tremendous relief it is ti be my own boss. Don't give into temtation. It will get easier.
