Been awhile.....I gotta tell you.
Hi everyone. havent been around much becaus i recently joined the WEBMD first trimester board . its only been 8 months since gbs , we planned this but to be honest we had our doubts. we needed the assistance of clomid and injections to conceive our other 2 kids. So i just want to warn the early postopers who think they are infertile to be careful. i know it has happened to others as well , only they were not trying . i guess dr suggests waiting 18-24months post op. i didnt want to wait being i am gonna be 32 in august.

I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS on your new bundle of joy to come. Please make sure since you are only 8 months post WLS to listen carefully to everything the doctors tell you. I have a friend that had WLS and was pregnant after a year, but doctor okay'd it and it was amazing how her body adapted to it. She could eat everything and larger amounts to get the nutrition in for the baby and now after, her body went back to WLS eating.
You'll have to post pics when you have the baby.
