Can anyone make reccomendations on how to appeal a DENIED result from thier MA insurance? Has anyone been approved without major co morbities? HELP!

Hi Angie! My grandparents lived in Columbus! I don't have MA but did have to appeal to WPS after the initial denial. I am now approved and scheduled for surgery. You can check with the insurance message board for help and advice. When I was first denied, I went there and got some answers. Good luck!

Really? Small world! I know what my insurance wants from me, i was hoping to find someone who had a successful appeal.

I have heard of successful appeals. However, it does take a LONG TIME! I'm a lucky RNY patient who was approved before all the rig-a-more that they are now giving patients. Gala

Hi Angie- I am on medical asst. also, title 19 actually, I am in the appeal procees right now. Its Wed of this week...I dont get it either as far as the insurance co. they paid for everything during my 6 mos. worth of dieting and nut. and still deny me for no good reason.
