Anyone with Badgercare Title 19 insurance???

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with badgercare title 19 insurance paying for gastric bypass surgery? I am well over 40 for my BMI with high blood pressure, bad knees and back  and such. Do I still have to have a life threatening co-morb that doesn't respond to treatment? I doctor in Madison and they have been kind of a joke as far as submitting all my paperwork. The first three denials I recieved was because they never included any of my doctors notes from my 6 months medically supervised diet, then they finally figured that out, resubmitted and called me and said they sent the 5 months worth of diet with my doctor and I then made them realize they should have sent 6 months worth. They claimed they would sent the month missing and I recieved another denial. Stating the same as the last ones did.  Any help or information???
