support groups?

I am looking for a support group meeting.  I am in Wisconsin Dells and would be willing to travel to Madison if necessary but would prefer a group that is more general than a specific doctor or program since I had my surgery out of the country.  Ideally I would like more SUPPORT and less lecture from a doctor.  Any suggestions?
