Itchy skin

Hi Everyone, I am 2 weeks post op from lap band surgery and just wondering what I can use on my incision sites to help them stop itching? Rose

Hi Rose, I am preop, however, I am a nurse. Often times you need to be careful with what you apply to your incision site. The itchiness is often caused from the healing process and also the pulling the sutures/staples do on healing and sometimes dry skin. Try a little vasaline/petroleum jelly as needed.
