has anybody been approve wisconsin

Please can anybody tell me if you have been approved. Because the insurance that my husband has which is call ALLIED told me and my primary, and bypass doctors nurses that it's not covered. But when I called the first time the young lady said no, then the second lady told me if the doctor sent in a letter of medical neccesity,and current and goaL weight,and code fees exe...then when I called the 3rd time they told me no it doesn't covered. I'm so confused. my husband has a second job and I don't know if that insurance which is athen blue cross of wisconsin would cover it too. I'm looking into it because I keep getting repeat hernias and it's the only way for me to stop getting them. which the doctors have mention to me.

I am not sure with the insurance, but when I checked into mine they said most all insurance companies are now finding ways to cover it especially if it is a medical necessity, which it sounds like your Dr. says it is. Try having your Dr. write the letter of recommendation to the insurance co. and see what they say. Just a thought. Good luck, don't give up.........:-)

Thank you bobbi, I have forgotten that one of the ladies of the insurance that I had talk to had given me an address. The first thing on monday morning I will call and speak wiht my doctors nurse and maybe he could do a letter and write it to them and see what happen.
