Night Cough

I have been coughing at night and

. My Dr said that this is night cough and that I am too tight. I really don't want an unfill, Is there anything else that I can do

. I try not eating anything after 5-6 pm and litterly flush out at 8pm with 1-2 Qts of water. I am 17 months out, Why now???

Try putting in a humidifer in your bedroom and keep your house moist. This might help and it may not. Just a thought. Good luck. Bridget
