What type of dish to pass for support group

Help, I'm a pre-op lapband. I don't know what kind of dish to bring to the support group Wednesday night. (tomorrow) I don't know enough about the bypass diet or the lapband diet for that matter to make a good choice. Any ideas??? Thanks much Sandi
