Thought it would never happen!!

I Got a call yesterday from my surgeon's office. I was approved and I have a date. November 28th is the first day of the best of my life. I am excited, scared, happy and every emotion at once. I spent most of the morning crying just due to the complete release of tension. The approval only took a week and a half. I never expected the approval to come so quickly or easily. Now, I just get to sit and wait for my date. How quickly can I make the clock go?

Yeah Lisa! Start counting down the days, but don't obsess about it. What am I saying?! OBSESS ALL YOU WANT!!!!! It is going to be such an exciting start to the most (or one of the most) fabulous times of your life!!!!!! You are going to do awesome, and you'll be so surprised at how fast the changes will occur! You go girl!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS LISA!!!! I know JUST how you feel. My call came on October 9th after waiting almost 2 YEARS!!!!! I am trying to stay calm, and looking forward to Friday. Your day will come before you know it. Try not to get into "last supper" syndrome, exercise (I walk), and research your post-op lifestyle. See you on the losing side, Dawn
