Anyone around Stevens Point

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie here. Got my insurance approval 2 weeks ago...still waiting for the date. Anyone here from around Stevens Point?

Hi Amy I am from Wausau so that is pretty close to Stevens Point. I am also in the begining stages of my journey of WLS. I am going through the dietician appointments right now I have 2 more to go and then see the Doctor the last time and hopefully my insurance sees I need to have this surgery.

I would assume you're having your surgery done in Wausau? Mine will probably be scheduled here in Stevens Point with Dr. Selwyn within the next 2 weeks. Getting very excited and anxious to get it done.
