What with two birthdays and a holiday, I can't say I've made the best choices amidst all the celebrations. However, I did make an effort to get in more protein, especially at dinner time. I have the worst time eating much of anything after 2:00 or so. I'm just not that hungry. It seems that all my effort paid off. I lost three pounds last week! I'm feeling fairly well. I'm learning to live with just a little bit of nausea after eating cereal in the morning because I guess it's worth it. How are you doing? 218/208/152/115 4'10"

Sheryl- sounds like your doing very well! Keep up the good work and congrats on the loss. I too love my cereal and hope to keep it on my list of foods for after. Your stats are great, encouraging to someone who is working her way to the surgery table! Have a great day! Cheryl

Hi Sheryl, was just lurking about and thought I'd stop and say "hi". I'm about 6 weeks post-op and have trouble eating in the PM also. Dr. suggested that instead of eating 1 dinner I should split it up and have 2. It has seemed to work for me. Other than that I've been great. Congrats on your successful losses. (((HUGS))), Pattie
