Insurance question

I am wondering if any of you have gotten an additional insurance just to get WLS??? I have been turned down by by primary insurance, (they have changed the requirements, now have to try and fail 3 structured Diets with weigh in's with ine 3 years time) So basicly everything I have tried, I have to try all over again. Funny thing is that they want you to try all these, but then dont help you cover any of the costs. But I am looking for other's that would help cover this, or looking at all my options.
