Update
I saw my surgeon in the elevator today. He was in his surgical scrubs. Then I remembered that Wednesday is his surgery day and I thought, "He's going to change someone else's life today."
I lost two pounds this week although I didn't lose anything last week. I guess I can't complain. Here are some things I've noticed lately:
---I can cross my legs now. I seem to do it a lot
---I can feel the pelvic bones in my butt. My partner has taken to calling me "Miss No-Butt"
---I can feel my ribs when I lie down. Cool
I've only got forty pounds to go until goal. And only twelve pounds before I'm no longer obese.
How are you feeling?

Yeah Sheryl! Isn't it fun finding parts you never knew existed?! When I lost about 80 or so pounds, I actually found a lump in my breast, went to my gyno, and had a breast exam. He sat down with me, smirked, thanked me for doing my monthly breast exams, then congratulated me on having a ribcage! I never felt ribs up there before! We had a great laugh. You must be elated about your success, as we all are! Don't let anyone tell you we took the easy way out with surgery. We will live out the rest of our lives being healthy, strong and fabulous people (even some of us without butts!) Keep up the good work and keep us posted!
