Update
I lost three pounds this week. This is just an illustration for how little sense I have of how I'm actually doing. I was dreading the weigh in because I was sure I had not lost anything and I was prepared for a gain. It was a nice surprise. I'm going to use up the last of my personal training sessions that I pre-purchased and then stop doing that. I used to do yoga and I think I'll go back to that. I hit two milestones today; I have lost over 60 pounds (61) and weigh under 160 (157). Woo-hoo!
