Looking for a PCP in the Oshkosh area

I have been researching WLS for more than a year now but have not yet found a PCP that will help me most of them are totally against it. If anyone knows of a PCP in Oshkosh that will help me on my journay please let me know. I have Medicaid with Network Health Plan as my HMO. All of the doctors are from Affinity Healthcare.
