how do i do my ticker?

I have a ticker set up for my weight loss to be displayed on my message board comments, but all i have on it is the stupid URL. how do i get the actual thing on there? I am so very new to this whole website creations and blogs and such so i have NO clue what i am doing. if anyone can help me....email me or something!!!! thanks everyone!!!!

Never mind....I got it.

Just paste the url in your profile wherever you would like it. If you want it centered on the page, put before the url and after it. That goes for anything you paste. Good luck!
