Does anyone have any information on Wisconsin's Medical Assistance plan covering excess skin removal?

Excess skin removal is considered cosmetic, so Medical Assistance will not cover it. Here is a website you can check out. Look at page 9 towards the bottom of what is not covered. http://dhfs.wisconsin.gov/medicaid1/recpubs/eligibility/10025E.pdf
