Someone reproached me last week for always being so negative. I suppose they're right. I'll try a different approach this time. I lost two pounds last week. Here are some good things I can think of on my journey so far. I've lost 50 pounds in 17 weeks I'm about halfway to my goal My joints are certainly feeling better I have more energy I've cut my nighttime insulin from 20 units to 8 How did you do this week? 218/208/168/115

Good job Sheryl !!!!!!!! Fifty pounds and half way to goal is outstanding! Don't worry about being negative sometimes - we all have to whine once in awhile. You have a wonderful smile and sound pretty upbeat to me Sheryl, and halfway to goal in just 17 weeks WOW! I hope to do half that well.
