HELP

I'am think of having the VBG but I don' hear of too many people having that is there anyone out there that has had VBG. Can you let me know how it's going or not. Thank you

Hi again from another Sheboygan-ite! I had the VBG May 4, 2004. I went from 314 lbs to a now healthy 179ish. My BMI is now normal, I went from a size 26 to an 8 and am having the time of my life! This was the easiest thing I ever did! I had absolutely no complications whatsoever, did some stupid things (like not chewed well enough) and had food stuck, but it all came out in the end and I've never needed the doctor's assistance for anything further. I am going to have my stomach done in August by Dr. Chua to get rid of the "flubber". I would never choose another surgery. I went through this with a friend who had the RNY and she is still having issues. I love it and welcome any questions from you.
