I really should only weigh myself once a week. I've been having a little problem with that the past month or so and now I'm sorry. I am supposed to weigh myself ONCE A WEEK on Wednesday. Well, I weighed myself on Saturday, too. And I weighed less on Saturday than I did today. That's so annoying. On Saturday I weighed 181 but today I weigh 182. So I guess I'll have to take 182 as my official weight for the week. I lost two pounds. How did you do? 218/208/182/115

Sheryl, I know what you mean about weighing only once a week but I just can't do it either and I'm almost 5 years out. I weigh in every other day or so. What I've learned is that is varies A LOT!!! One day I could be down 4 lbs and the next time I'm up 5. Not sure what all that means but it has been that way for me for several years now. Hang in there!!! Tracy A.
