I agree with Helen. I am looking forward to hearing her speak again. I am about a year out. I feel the ugly head of my bad habits rearing their heads. Want to be prepared and not get into those things again.

Dr Daniel Downey... I think he is the North Seattle area.... he has been listed on "Best Plastic Surgeons" in the Seattle area. Breasts are his speciality.
A friend of mine just had his partner do a breast reduction... from a HH to a C-D cup... she looks great!

Topic: Evergreen Medical Center (Kirkland, WA)
Has anyone had their Gastric Bypass surgery at Evergreen Medical Center over in Kirkland, WA? I have been told by my insurance that if I want to have the surgery I have to have it done there. I just want to hear from people who have had theirs done there. Which Doctor did you have? How was the staff? How was the stay? Were any of you traveling a long distance to Kirkland? How would you rate your overall experience?

I have, Dr. Oelschalger was my doctor. Dr, Khadelwal has taken over for him. The staff and hospital is extremely professional and great to work with. Patty is the nurse practitioner who will be assisting with the doctor' for pre and post, you will love her!

Hello,
I'm new to Obesity Help and message boards, so bare with me;) I'm more than three years out, and I still have a HARD time with grazing. I'm trying very hard to keep my stress level down and that been helping me some. I am determined to succeed because I'm not going back to where I was!
I am thinking about going to hear Katie Jay speak in Seattle. I don't live in Washington, but will be out that way for business. Is anyone planning on going to the Seattle Ba****hink it's March 11th? I've heard Katie speak before and she is very motivating. Here is a link to her event ...
