Topic: RE: Evergreen Hospital Anyone???
She is getting out today, she should have been out on Wednesday but had a setback. She could not go to the bathroom after removing her catheter, so that is why the extra days. Other than that she is doing great!! I just got off the phone with her, she said to tell you that the nurses love having Dr Chebli patients. The reason is that he is such a picky Dr. and they know that he does such a good job, so you are in good hands with him!!
Good luck!!

Thank you Dream Weaver, the issue for me is what my insurance will accept, it is either Rockwood Clinic, or several options in Seattle and Portland.

Thanks Bernadette,
When is your niece going to be discharged? Just curious how long I will be in the hospital?

Topic: Checking in - sorry MIA
It's been a hard road for the past few months. After the loss of my mom last year - my father passed away in Feb. I was back east again and this time I was 75 pounds lighter. But this time - it really played with my body and mind.
I went for a visit and stayed for a funeral. Glad I was with my dad when he passed - just like with mom. But I did not eat for 3 days did not take my vit for more than a week and now I am dragging butt. I am so tired and weak that it's going to take a month to regroup.
Getting to 3pm is hard - getting up at 4 am is hard -
I have had several mini dizzy spells that seemed to be linked to carrots.... I think
anyway - I do check the boards from time to time but posting is getting hard to do. Can't do it at work and when I get home I am flat out tired.
I did go back to my karate on Tues but skipped today -
Take care gang and drink your water please!

I had DR. John Pennings in Post Falls Idaho. I liked him real well. I know several who have went to Rockwood as well as others who have went to Dr. Pennings. I have heard good of both. I just wanted to let you know there is another option in our neck of the woods :)

Thanks Kara, I will keep this in mind once I've had surgery. I meet with my surgeon next Thursday and I do the psych eval stuff Thurs. and Friday, they say that part is the one that takes the longest. Hope so, perhaps I'll be in surgery by early may - well that is my hope anyhow. I'm glad to hear there is a support group locally!!
