Topic: Dietary Info.....Soy versus lactaid...fish

Told by dietician to use Lactaid instead of my soy milk:( Told I need to eat fish ..i am vegetarian and eat soydogs and soy patties....Is soy hard to digest after gastric?? Just wondring

HI there,
it went really well, although going in I was pretty sure I wanted the band, leaving Im sure I want the full gastric by-pass :). I am super eexcited and found out Friday that I was approved through my insurance for the bypass. I scheduled my chest x-ray ekg and bloodwork for this week and will find out tomorrow when my surgery will be. YIPPPEEEE. So i have a question...once you knew you were getting the surgery were you eating everything in sight? Why am I doing this, LOL I am miserable....

I'm a 45F, married, 4 kids (well, 2 are officially adults, but you know..... lol). I live in Vancouver, WA. I'm 16 mo out from my RNY and about 20 lbs from my goal. I'm down 151 lbs from my highest weight.
