Hey everyone! I can't believe March is almost over! Don't forget to set your clocks forward on Saturday night! I am feeling much better today, finally! I am still not back to my walking yet. I think I will give it another day. I don't want a relapse! How is everyone today? Getting your butts moving? Remember, even walking for 10 minutes is better than doing nothing. Get up and get moving. EVERY little bit helps! Even though I can't get outside to walk, I still make sure I get up from my desk every half hour and walk around the building. It's not far but at least I am MOVING! My goal for tomorrow is to walk at least a mile. Hopefully the weather will cooperate! Take care everyone! Lori

Lori, Okay, I think that whatever you had you gave to me. I don't want it, take it back. Okay, so it probably wasn't you, I think that my son picked it up at Church this last weekend, because he got sick yesterday and now I am not feeling all that great. I am off to take a small nap. Hopefully that will refresh me and that is all I need. Hope everyone else is doing well and stay away from the Cold Monster Molly

Hi there girl, take it easy ... you dont want to push yourself too soon, every little bit helps, even if it is just 10 minutes. I'm glad your feeling better though!! N e ways, I was really good tonight, 45 minutes on the treadmill (ran 15 minutes) and 50 crunches and 1 set of 30 reps arms and legs. I was tired tonight though so didnt have as much energy as last night. BUT, still proud that I keep on going and forcing myelf to exercise atleast 3-4 times a week. Oh well, tomorrow is my "rest" day ... only doing 30 minutes on the treadmill ... slow leisurely walk. Okay, everyone have a good and "moving" evening!!

Hi, Didn't work today because I had a doctor's appointment, so I thought I would get up around the same time and take a longer walk than I usually do during the week. SO I woke up to rain, and was so disappointed. I didn't want to do 5 miles on the treadmill. So I dug out my raincoat, and went for it. Did a little over 4 miles in the rain, my dog Nora was angry with me, she does not like to get wet, and by the end of the walk she was soaked! But it felt good. I need to start on weights as well. Need to work on preventing bone shrinkage-- I was measured at 5'51/2"- a full 2 " shorter than I "used to be". Scary. Oh-- and I found out I have sleep apnea! I have suspected it for a long time, but now it is confirmed, and the doctor doesn't think it will go away with weight loss, since I have physical characteristics that cause it, and not just the weight! So I get to get married to a machine and sleep with it every night for the rest of my life. I think I will name it Anthony (as in Quinn) or Antonio (as in Bandaras)!!!! Take care, and get well!!!!

Oooooooh Antonio!!!! Damn he is hot! MM MM MM! I was hooked to that darn machine to but not anymore. My husband and I used to both go to sleep with our CPAP masks on, how romantic is that??? But ever since surgery, I haven't used it and feel fine without it. I hope the same goes true for you. Maybe you will be surprised. Great job on walking in the rain. I hope you don't get sick now!!!! Take care sweetie! Lori 281/190/140 YESSS back down to 190!
