Daily Exercise March 8th
Hey all you exercise fanatics! It's time for me to get our daily exercise post started. I haven't done mine yet but I will at lunchtime today.
My exercise will be a 2 mile walk at lunchtime. This takes me just about 30 minutes. Not sure how many calories that is but its something!
I think I need to start doing some strength training too. Not sure what yet but I will post it when I start doing it.
