Hello, I had my surgery 11/9/2005 and I was planning follow up with Dr. Fox....but I am real unhappy about the way they treat banded patients. They seem plaine mean....and insist we act just like bypass patients? Just wondering who else does follow up for MX patients? I don't want to pay $400 to Dr Fox and his nutritionist who was pretty ugly to me the first time I called. From what I understand they will not let you just get a fill which is $200...you have to use and "follow" there nutritionist. I am just thinking I might find a better fit somewhere else! I may end up going back to MX for my first fill in the next couple weeks. BY the way...i get the hiccups...burps every time I eat? I have nicknamed it a hiccuburp sometimes I have a nagging pain in my back right between my shoulder blades? Anyway any advice is apprectiated!! Thanks ladies and gents Renee

Hi Sweetie! I started out going to Dr Fox to do my band. After some really weird vibes (like what you were saying) I started to ask around and found Dr Neal - what a doll! He's so nice and patient and understanding!! The thing is - he's in Oly, which might be too far? He only does bands, so no making every type of surgery fit into one mold. Maybe e-mail his office and ask? They are SO sweet there!! Here's the e-mail address: [email protected]

Since I have something else I have to ask the gals in his office, I added the question to my e-mail. I'll be sure to let you know what they said.

Hi Renee, I just received the BEST e-mail from my surgeon's office about fills! Yes, he does clients from Mexico and they sent me an information sheet and price list. I'll forward it to your e-mail. Good luck!!

Tracy: Could you please send me the information sheet too. I was banded in Mexico in September and went for my first fill last month with Dr. Fox. It was a really "strange" appointment and I'd rather go somewhere else also. Thanks, Karrie

I'm sorry - I just looked for it, and think I may have deleted it. Here is the website link and their e-mail address. They are the FRIENDLIEST people and will usually respond the same day!! http://www.pacsurgical.com/index.htm [email protected] Isn't it weird how controversial Dr Fox's practice is

Hello! I have a very good Dr. in Federal Way. His name is Dr. Ki OH. He does, Lap Band, RNY proximal, RNY Distal, DS, VGB,and I think he does trans sectional. His staff is very friendly, most all have had WLS. Dr. Oh is friendly and very informative. He has been doing surgeries over 10 years and has completed 5,000 or more. Hope this will help. Look up in Google under Dr. Oh and it will give his website and all the information you need. I hope this helps you. ((Hugs)) Janice B
