Can we post what we all eat daily??
I will play! Here is what a normal day looks like for me:
8:00 am 12 oz decaf herbal tea, vitamin, calcium, b12
9:00 am 2 string cheese
10:00 am 12 oz decaf herbal tea
12:00 pm Smart Ones meal (170 cal/19 grams protein)
1:00 pm 12 oz decaf herbal tea
2:30 pm (or so) 1 oz soy nuts
4:00 pm 12 oz decaf herbal tea
5 or 6 pm 2 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup veggies (cooked)
8:00 pm 12 oz decaf herbal tea
9:00 pm sugarfree popsicle, vitamin, calcium
I figure I am averaging about 500 calories a day/45-50 grams protein and about 60 oz of fluids. My doc doesn't want us drinking protein shakes since they go right through our pouch.

I am 1 yr out and this is what a typical day looks like for me at this point.
12 oz. Decaf coffee
B 1 oz nuts, cheese or 5 melba rounds with peanut butter or 1 scrambled egg with parmesan on it
32 oz sf/ff/decaf iced mocha
L lean hamburger patty and some fruit or veggies/ or 3 oz sliced turkey with lowfat cream cheese spread on it or a small chicken breast
20 oz of water
S handfull of nuts/ string cheese or soy chips with salmon spread (I use canned salmon, lowfat cr. cheese, finely diced white onion and a pinch of dill and a sprinkle of granulated garlic/mix w/electric mixer) I eat about 4 soy crisps with a total of 2 oz of the spread--it really boosts protien and calcium
D 3-4 oz of a lean meat and 1/2 c/ veggy
S microwave popcorn
I get in between 1000 and 1400 calories a day and am maintaining my weight at 156#. This is what my surgeon recommended I do.
