AFLAC/Short-term disability question...

Anyone out there have AFLAC short-term disability? I am wondering if I can claim the two weeks I was off recovering from surgery. My rep seems to think I can. I pay $35 per month to have this so I really would like to be able to use it if I can. Thanks for any info. Lori

you can.....I was able to use mine with my band surgery and my gall bladder surgery.....you just need to have the doc sign some forms and you will be able to get it good luck jen
