Duodenal Switch

Hi, I haven't been on the Washington Message Board before, but I've been an AMOS member since January 2005 (I think). My question is: Has anyone in Washington state learned of a surgeon specializing in the Duodenal Switch? Who will also accept Medicaid or Medicare? Thanks, Anne

Here are the names of two Washington surgeons who do the DS surgery. I pulled them off the American Society of Bariatric Surgery webpage. I know nothing about them, including if they take Medicaid or Medicare. i dont mean to sound judgementle but i would realy like to know why you have chosen the duodenal i have read it is one of the hardest to perform(sergicly speeking) and comes with some smelly side affects.
