Counting Calories? Carbs? Protein? What?? Help

Okay so Im 8 months post op now and have lost 105 pounds but everything is so slow it took a long time and I haven't lost much weight at all this month if even a pound... Can someone help with a normal diet of what you follow that helps you to continue to lose. I still have a long ways to go Im still 240 and I can't seem to budge... Help please Cindy 345/240/150ish

Hi Cindy, I went to Dr. Aguirre also. I don't post very often but I am procrastinating on doing some homework I need to turn in today. The weight loss does slow down and that is where exercise and drinking water come into play. I have been the same weight for about 5 months and I just lost 4 lbs. Not like those big drops of weight seen in the beginning. I do not count calories but let's face it we know what we should and shouldn't eat. Right now I can eat just about anything so I don't have the restraint I had in the beginning. I do exercise, try to drink water and get that protein in. I would like to lose about 30 lbs more. I have lost 110! Good thing is-we haven't gained!
