What are you eating??
Well, last night I ate a piece of salmon, 2" x 1" x 3/4", and half cup of veggies (sweet onion, baby zuke, baby pattypan). I also had 5 protein shakes, a handful of Cheerios, a Vente Americano, 2/3 decaf, w/SF Hazelnut & cream; a 52 oz Cinnamon Diet Pepsi Slurpee, and about 24 oz water. Plus a handful of vites, minerals, and meds.
But I'm 28 month RnY, so I don't think that will help you. This morning, I've had 3 protein shakes (Choc Stack w/water) = 90 grams protein, and an Atkins Fruit & Cereal bar. Gonna eat the remains of the salmon & veggies in a minute.
