Suggestions....
I had my surgery back in November and am down 80 pounds!! Which I am very happy about!! The thing that has been bothering me is that I have been hovering at this point for at least a month if not more!! I feel like I need a little something to "jump start" my body again and I am not sure what.... I am sure that there is someone out there that has had this same problem and hopefully I can get some advice! Any thing would be helpful!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!
I'm one year out now and I've lost 148 pounds and am 2 pounds from goal. I went from a size 22-24 to a size loose 4 or solid 2. I'm still in shock!

I also seem to drop about 5 pounds everytime I put the brakes on and eat only proteins for a day or so. That seems to shock the pouch into behaving. You have probably read pouchrules for dummies too but here's a quick link. I like to go there every now and then.
